Pilot Terms
1. Pilot Nature
Pilot participation is optional, limited, and may be changed, paused, or ended at any time. Features may be incomplete, unstable, unavailable on some devices, or modified without notice.
2. Ownership and Control
Pilot participation does not transfer ownership of a personally owned device. The participant remains the sole owner of the device and remains responsible for backup, preparation, enrollment, and lawful use.
3. Device Management Scope
SafePhone may allow pilot users to enroll eligible Android devices using supported pilot enrollment methods and to apply supported restrictions, profiles, accountability settings, and related Service functionality.
For personally owned devices, certain pilot functionality may be available only where supported by the device, Android version, manufacturer implementation, provisioning method, subscription state, technical environment, and applicable platform policies.
4. Subscription and Access
Pilot access may be free, discounted, or subject to other stated terms. At the end of pilot access, SafePhone may limit or disable pilot-specific features, require migration to a paid plan, or discontinue access to pilot-only Service functionality.
For personally owned devices, the end of pilot access does not by itself transfer device ownership, intentionally block core personal-device access, factory reset the device, or force immediate unenrollment by default.
5. Feedback
You grant SafePhone the right to use pilot feedback, suggestions, and observations to improve the Services without compensation to you.
6. No Production or Emergency Reliance
Pilot features are not intended for emergency, safety-critical, or production-critical reliance.
