End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the SafePhone Terms of Service, SafePhone grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on compatible devices for authorized use with the SafePhone Services.

2. Purpose of the App

The App is software designed to support eligible SafePhone Service functionality on compatible Android devices, including supported enrollment flows, restrictions, profiles, accountability settings, and related management features made available through the Service.

For personally owned devices, the customer remains the sole owner of the device. SafePhone does not acquire ownership of the device and does not become a co-owner, title holder, or custodian of the device.

Certain App functionality for personally owned devices may be available only where supported by the device, Android version, manufacturer implementation, provisioning method, subscription state, and applicable platform policies.

3. Authorized Use Only

You may use the App only for lawful, authorized device management. You must not use it for covert monitoring, stalking, unlawful interception, or any unauthorized administration of another person’s device.

4. Platform and Technical Limits

App functionality may vary by:

  • Android version;
  • device model;
  • manufacturer implementation;
  • enrollment state;
  • network connectivity;
  • subscription status; and
  • available Android Enterprise, API, or platform capabilities.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

  • copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as required by law;
  • distribute, sublicense, lease, or resell the App except as expressly authorized;
  • bypass security, licensing, or access restrictions;
  • use the App unlawfully or deceptively.

6. Data and Privacy

Use of the App may involve the processing of account, device, administrative, and configuration information as described in the Privacy Policy. Where required, user consent, in-product disclosures, and permission prompts apply.

7. Subscription and Termination

Your use of some App features may depend on an active subscription. Expiry or cancellation may suspend, disable, or limit paid Service features, support, updates, or managed configurations associated with the Service.

For personally owned devices, expiry or cancellation does not by itself transfer ownership of the device to SafePhone, intentionally lock you out of the device, or intentionally disable core personal-device functionality.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAFEPHONE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Your use of the App may also be subject to the terms of Google Play, Android, or other third-party platforms. Those parties are not responsible for providing the SafePhone Service itself.
