Subscription End and Unenrollment Notice

Last updated: April 1, 2026

1. Expiry Notice

Your subscription has expired. You still own your device and can continue to use it. SafePhone has not taken ownership of your device and has not intentionally blocked your core personal access to it.

Some SafePhone subscription features may now be limited or unavailable. You can review your account state, renew your subscription, or unenroll your device using the options available in your dashboard.

2. Cancellation Notice

Your subscription is scheduled to end at the close of the current paid term. Until then, your current paid features remain available unless otherwise stated.

When your subscription ends, SafePhone may suspend, disable, or limit certain paid Service features, support, updates, or managed configurations associated with the subscription, provided that doing so does not intentionally impair the core personal functionality of your personally owned device.

Your personally owned device will not be intentionally locked, seized, factory reset, or abruptly removed from your control because of cancellation alone.

3. Post-Expiry Dashboard Notice

After expiry, limited dashboard access may remain available, subject to technical limits, so that you can:

  • review billing and subscription status;
  • renew or reactivate;
  • view device information in read-only form;
  • view applied profiles in read-only form;
  • view users and groups in read-only form;
  • manage or remove accountability partners; and
  • unenroll your device at your convenience.

4. Unenrollment Notice

If you choose to unenroll your device, SafePhone management, managed settings, restrictions, accountability rules, or related Service configuration may be removed. Please review any backup or transition guidance before proceeding.

For personally owned devices, unenrollment is not intended to transfer ownership of the device or intentionally erase personal data outside the SafePhone-managed scope, except to the extent a particular enrollment method or platform behavior inherently requires removal of managed configurations or related managed data.

5. Data and Device Safety Message

SafePhone does not intend to use subscription expiry to transfer ownership of a personally owned device, cause data loss, intentionally block core personal-device use, or force immediate unenrollment by default.
